Everyone Needs A Steve, Inc. – Refund & Returns Policy

At Everyone Needs A Steve, Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our”), every purchase helps fund programs that support Veterans and first responders. Because proceeds directly benefit our nonprofit mission, we strive to handle each order with care and transparency.

1. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only for items that are:

  • Damaged, defective, or misprinted; or

  • Incorrect items received (wrong size, color, or product).

To request a return or exchange, contact us within 14 days of delivery at Steve@EveryoneNeedsASteve.org with your order number and photos of the issue.

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Once your return is approved, we’ll send instructions for returning the item or shipping the replacement.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Because our merchandise sales directly fund Veteran support programs, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Correctly fulfilled orders (e.g., sizing errors on the customer’s part)

  • Items marked as clearance or final sale

  • Event registrations or donations

Please check sizing charts carefully before completing your order.


3. Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.


4. Shipping for Returns

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. In those cases, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label.
