Veterans’ Honor Run

Stand With Us and Support Our Veterans

Thanks to all who participated and donated to our 3rd annual Veterans’ Honor Run, raising awareness about veteran suicide rates and fundraising to support our veterans. Watch highlights from 2024 and see how you we made a difference.

Making a Lasting Impact for Veterans

The 2025 4th annual Veterans’ Honor Run was a record breaking event! We continued to raise awareness about veteran suicide rates and fundraising to support our veterans. This year featured nearly 50 runners taking on the most brutal weather we’ve faced yet. We’ll be donating $16,000 to organizations with great free programs to support our Veterans. Highlight video from 2025 will be on the left soon.

We’ve partnered with 3 organizations for 2024. Here’s where your donations go and how they help:

  • $1,000 fully supports one veteran through the Guitars for Vets program.
  • $240 offsets a full year’s membership at Victory Gym VHC for veterans and first responders
  • $240 provides supplies for up to 10 guests at Michigan Freedom Center for a year
Together we can make a difference!

In 2024, our participants ran over 1,000 miles in 22 hours and have raised enough to:

  • Sponsor two veterans through Guitars for Vets
  • Provide memberships for eight veterans at Victory Gym
  • Support 80 guests at the Michigan Freedom Center for a year

As a veteran, I watched some of my brothers/sisters who have been challenged in moving back into civilian life and beyond. These veterans, who raised their hands and said ‘yes’ to serve our country have not been provided the resources of support during their re-immersion into civilian life. Your journey to bring awareness and provide resources will make a difference.

Most Veterans Unaware of Available Support

  • 22 veterans lose their lives to suicide every day
  • 1 in 5 veterans struggles with reintegration
  • Veterans are at 57% higher risk of suicide than those who haven’t served
  • Most veterans haven’t heard of many programs available to them
